DATES & HOURS : July 10, 2025 – Ongoing. Tuesday & Thursday : 5 : 00 pm – 10 : 00 pm and alternate weekends 9 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm (Saturday & Sunday)
FEDERATION AFFILIATION : While performing this position, you are a member of the Ontario Secondary School teachers’ Federation representing the District 18 Teachers’ Bargaining Unit. Union dues will apply.
RATE of PAY : $62.66 / hour
JOB SUMMARY :
The main role of the PSW Instructor will be to deliver quality classroom instruction using the approved curriculum and supervise learners during the clinical placement. They will be responsible for the assessment of all module materials as well as the recording of attendance, marks and completion of report cards. They will need to demonstrate sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse needs of both students and clients the students will be working with during clinical placements. They will oversee the attainment of diploma requirements when applicable for adult learners enrolled in this joint academic / certificate program.
This position is open to job sharing; candidates interested in a part-time arrangement are encouraged to apply.
