A leading healthcare provider in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care to complex patient populations. The role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, adherence to professional standards, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Candidates must possess current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and relevant certifications. Reporting to the Manager of Oncology Nursing Services, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, including complex patient populations whose outcomes are not predictable. As part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will practice within the Professional Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Standards of Care identified by CANO and CCO, the Philosophy of patient and family-centered care, mission, vision, values, and the policies of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Salary Range: $39.070 to 56.000
