Job description

Reporting to the Central Intake and Assessment Coordinator, the Regional Surgical Services Program Clerk 3 is responsible for supporting the activity of the Central Intake and Assessment Centre (CIAC) and its team of Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Employment Requirements:

  1. Must have a completed secondary school diploma.
  2. Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Office Administration/Medical Office Administration or equivalent.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates proficient with Novari Erequest, Fluency software, and OTN booking.
  4. Competency in computer skills required, with experience in data compilation and entry.
  5. Knowledge of software applications such as Excel.
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  7. Take direction from multiple advanced practice clinicians.
  8. Excellent organization and time management skills.
  9. Initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $26.588 to $27.221
