Job description

Our client is an exciting and growing AI startup company based in downtown Toronto. They have an immediate need for a Senior Client Solutions Manager who will be accountable for the success of each corporate partner relationship, ensuring that every partner receives maximum value from their engagement with the company and will own the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of each corporate partner relationship, from post-contract onboarding to long-term strategic collaboration.
  • Ensure each partner derives full value from their engagement by tracking outcomes, aligning on goals, and driving sustained impact.
  • Design and facilitate a deep-dive workshop series with every partner to uncover business priorities, technical constraints, and innovation opportunities.
  • Translate workshop insights into actionable product development concepts
  • Design and execute partner engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, engineering, and strategy to deliver on partner objectives.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager and escalation point for partner satisfaction, renewals, and expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, innovation summits, and partner-facing activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in customer success, innovation consulting, partnerships, or corporate R&D preferably within tech or AI
  • Proven ability to design and run strategic workshops or innovation labs that lead to concrete product ideas.
  • Experience executing events
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills, with comfort engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business intuition and analytical thinking; able to synthesize insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Able to operate in fast-moving, interdisciplinary environments with limited structure.
  • Intellectual rigor and practical impact are both valued.
  • Able to work onsite
