The salary scale for Professional Support 3 is based on steps that range from $68,917.73 - $91,624.25New Professional Support may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $80,254.49annually.

What you will be doing…
As Military and Industry Coordinator, reporting to the Academic Chair, School of Trades and Transportation, you will:
- Provide support for military and industry related training as well as customized and part-time studies, which includes, but is not limited to, proposal generation, planning, coordination, and implementation of -related training
- Contribute to College wide military and industry related projects, liaise with stakeholders and research trends, opportunities and best practices locally, regionally and nationally.
- Ensure that these efforts are coordinated across five academic schools and thirteen campuses throughout the province.
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders invested in the delivery of programming to leverage systems to support ongoing student enrolment and support.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or in a Construction or Manufacturing trade.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of recent and related occupational experience in project coordination and systems support.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, MS Teams.
- You possess a high level of proficiency with PeopleSoft.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience.
- You have experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students.
