Position Details

Duties
  • Reads standard instructions to candidates.
  • Monitors test rooms during examinations.
  • Enforces time limits and examination procedures.
  • Explains and answers questions regarding examination procedures.
  • Distributes and collects examination materials, checks, and counts them.
  • Verifies candidates' identification.
  • Reports rule violations and unusual occurrences.
  • Notifies personnel of test equipment malfunctions.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of
  • Policies and procedures used by the MD Program.
  • Basic computer equipment and applications.
Abilities to
  • Exercise judgment and discretion.
  • Follow written and oral instructions.
  • Give clear and concise instructions.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Keep information confidential.
