Job Overview
  • The Modification Team Leader (MTL) is responsible for completing assigned projects and modifications at PNGS according to OPG Modification Process Procedure and other applicable governance and procedures.
  • Perform liaison and oversight activities among OPG, Vendors, and Stakeholders.
  • Under the supervision of the project manager or section manager, lead project/modification teams and manage safety, resources, risks, scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Develop modification plans, contracting and materials strategies, and execution plans to ensure timely, event-free project implementation.
  • Review invoices, track Purchase Orders, and provide payment recommendations.
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates on project/modification status and risks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Project Engineering, including student internships (PEY).
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized Canadian university or equivalent.
  • PENG and/or PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Previous proven experience with OPG project modifications is an advantage.
