Position: Community Living Worker - Casual
Location:Ladner
Hours: Casual hours as needed (inclusive of day, afternoon and overnight shifts)
Salary: $25.95/hour
Start Date: July 1, 2025
We are looking for a Community Living Worker to join our SOURCES Community Living Services team! This individual must be Passionate about working with people, Engaging, and Empathic.

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting a Community Living Worker to support individuals with autism, and/or intellectual disabilities, with dual diagnoses. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
Reporting to: Program Manager of Georgia House
