A community-focused non-profit organization is seeking a Behaviour Interventionist in Prince George. The successful candidate will play an essential role in providing direct teaching to children with autism, participating in team efforts while supported by experienced professionals. The role requires strong communication skills and experience working with children in similar settings.
Position : Behaviour Interventionist (Casual)
Location : Prince George
Hours : Up to 20-hours / week (M-F 3pm-7pm and some Saturday availability preferred)
Hourly wage : $25.75
Start Date : ASAP
We are looking for someone who is interested in working as a Behaviour Interventionist to join our Sources B.A.S.I.C Team in Prince George! Behaviour Interventionists provide direct one-to-one teaching to young children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. They work as a part of an interdisciplinary team under the direct mentorship and supervision of a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst. The successful candidate will be supported in attaining certification as a Registered Behaviour Technician or one of the other levels of certification awarded through the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board.

Reporting to the Manager of Behaviour Intervention Services and Clinical Supervisors (BCBA) the Behaviour Interventionist is a permanent employee of Sources Community Resources.
