Job summary

Bath Depot is seeking a Sales Associate for our Hydepark store in Oakville, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.

You will represent Bath Depot’s wide range of bathroom, kitchen and lighting products, support daily store operations, and deepen product knowledge to assist customers through upgrades and renovations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Holds a high school diploma or is pursuing one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to daily store operations and merchandising.
• Deepen product knowledge and share it with customers.
