Job summary

Bath Depot in Oakville is seeking a dynamic Stock Associate for our Burloak location. The role focuses on providing professional customer service and maintaining accurate inventory records as part of a fast-growing, family-owned company.

You will assist with store upkeep while ensuring a positive experience for customers. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, be able to lift heavy items, and be available to work flexible hours.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Stock Associate for our Burloak location.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive experience;
• Ensure orders are fully paid before being delivered to customers;
• Maintain accurate inventory records;
• Contact customers when their orders have arrived;
• Apply company policies and procedures;
• Follow workplace health and safety programs;
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized;
• Clean exterior display cases every two weeks and interior ones once a month;
• Contribute to the store’s visual merchandising;
• Assist with regular store upkeep;
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
