The role covers plumbing and related services for district buildings, fixtures and equipment.

Requirements include Grade 12, BC Trades Certification as Plumber/Gasfitter, BC Driver's License Class 5 with clean record, HVAC and DDC experience, trades apprenticeship with at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate).
• Valid BC Trades Certification as a Plumber/Gasfitter.
• B.C. Driver's License – class 5 with an exemplary driving record as demonstrated by a current driver's abstract.
• Experience working with HVAC systems and DDC's.
• Experience gained through Trades Qualification apprenticeship program inclusive of 1 year industry related experience.
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures.

About School District 91

Nechako Lakes School District gratefully acknowledges that we are situated on the traditional territories of fourteen First Nations representing the Dakelh, Nedut’en and Wet’suwet’en peoples. The school district encompasses five municipalities: the Districts of Fort St. James and Vanderhoof and the Villages of Fraser Lake, Burns Lake and Granisle.
