Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $29.50 – $31.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
Number of Positions: 3
Work Location: 216 50 Street Edson, AB T7E 1T5

Additional Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes
2. Maintain the food prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized
3. Oversee kitchen operation
4. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
5. Inspect kitchens and food service areas
6. May assist in recruitment and training of new staff
7. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Language: English
2. Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
3. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
