21 Century Trading Inc. is seeking a F/T Supply Chain Supervisor.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62 – $36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Assign and review the works of employees involved in the supply chain
2. Coordinate the activities with other work units
3. Plan and supervise operational logistics of the organization
4. Develop specific strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and the organization’s profitability
5. Ensure supply chain processes meet standards and regulations in force
6. Arrange training for staff and train them in job duties; review their work performance
7. Ensure smooth operation of the supply chain and arrange for maintenance and repair work
8. Order necessary supplies and materials
9. Resolve work-related issues and complaints; implement process improvements

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the occupation supervised are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
