Position title : 204-WCB-25-030 - Integration Architect

Client : Workers Compensation Board

Working Status : Hybrid (at least 25% onsite)

Location : 333 / 363 Broadway in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Preferred Start Date : 28th April 2025

The Integration Architect is expected to possess the following skills, competencies, and characteristics :

• Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong analytical ability and mind-set;
• Ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and skills;
• Familiarity with service design and pricing in the context of integration-based solutions;
• Working knowledge of integration management platforms;
• Experience in an integration architect role in a complex operating environment;
• Hands-on implementation experience in the design and provision of integration technologies;
• Experience deploying and operating a public integration framework;
• Experience with integration networking including Express Route, MPLS gateway, IPSEC, and Private Peering;
• Experience with integration deployment, technical and security architecture, legacy infrastructure architectures, database architecture, virtualization, software design, software development, IP networking, agile development, application lifecycle management, programming languages, technical solution architecture, and Microsoft Azure.
