TD is seeking a Summer Analyst for its Global Operations and Services team in Toronto. You will immerse yourself in Operations, support process improvement, and contribute to innovative projects across multiple banking functions.

Graduating with an undergraduate business degree in December 2027 or June 2028, you will develop strategic problem-solving, project management and relationship-building skills within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing an undergraduate business degree with projected graduation in December 2027 or June 2028.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and work in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Basic tech capabilities with CoPilot, Python, Alteryx, UiPath are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery for customers.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management and teams across Operations during shadowing and events.
  • Contribute to innovation projects and special initiatives within the trade lifecycle and banking operations.

You may be given opportunities to act as a specialist, assist in leading unique and innovative projects within Operations, or leverage your skillset to find opportunities to improve the way we work within aspects of the trade lifecycle, business processes, and banking operations. As part of the program, you will also have opportunities to leverage TD-approved AI tools to support productivity, data-driven insights, process improvement, and innovation in accordance with TD policies and governance standards.
