Job summary

Bell Canada invites you to join its 36-month Networks Rotational Program, a premier internship/graduate experience. You will rotate across Core Technical, Network Operations, and Leadership tracks, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using advanced data tools to deliver impactful insights and improved network solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Technology, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Under three years of full-time professional experience (excluding internships and part-time work).
• Proven initiative and leadership through student activities, competitions, volunteering, or projects.
• Valid driver’s license may be needed for field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Networks organization areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using cutting-edge tools.
• Deliver actionable insights from large datasets to inform business decisions across Bell.
• Manage critical network assets and drive end-to-end solutions in core rotations.

The Networks Rotational Program at Bell offers a unique launchpad to shape the future of Canada's most advanced technologies while fast-tracking your leadership career. What you’ll do

Through this accelerated and immersive 36-month experience, you will rotate through different areas within the Networks organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using cutting-edge tools, and working with vast amounts of data, you will deliver actionable insights, manage critical network assets, and drive end-to-end solutions that impact key business decisions across Bell.

Our Networks program features key rotations in:

Core Technical

Network Operations

Leadership and Strategy

• Completed or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (January 2025 - May 2027) in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Technology, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Under three years of full-time professional experience (excluding internships and part-time work).
• A proven track record of taking initiative and leading others through student societies, case competitions, volunteer work, or academic projects.
• A valid driver’s license (or equivalent) may be needed for specific field-based or operational roles.

Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel for data analysis and reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for synthesizing data and identifying trends.
• Familiarity with project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP, Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• Technologically savvy, with a strong interest in staying up to date with emerging IT, cloud, and digital transformation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI tools).

Specialized Focus Skills (Depending on Rotational Placement)

• For Core Engineering Rotations: Knowledge of network architecture (wireless, wireline, TV), routing protocols, broadcast, data center and/or cloud technologies (containers); familiarity with construction drawings, structural analysis, building materials, and quality standards; proficiency in Teldig and Cognibox (for Access Network Engineering).
• For Operations & Strategy Rotations: Solid understanding of core principles for working with large, complex datasets; introductory experience—or a strong desire to learn—data tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python (object-oriented programming), SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C; working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
