Job Summary

Our Investor Services Finance team requires an Analyst to assist with various tasks, including management reporting, the forecast/plan process, and streamlining and automating processes.

Job Description

What will you do?

1. Assist in end-to-end IS Performance Management Reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, including month-end and quarter-end reporting and commentary.
2. Develop monthly and quarterly financial summaries and presentations for Senior Management and IS business leaders.
3. Support the Plan and Forecast process by producing and distributing insightful reports on revenue trends, cost transparency, and macroeconomic sensitivities.
4. Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support strategic and regulatory reviews, including enterprise-wide stress testing.
5. Continuously improve, streamline, and automate processes to increase efficiency.
6. Support various projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as required.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-haves

1. Interest in learning about Finance or a closely related field to gain relevant experience.
2. Strong Excel skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams in multiple geographies.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and handle pressure.
6. High initiative and a solution-oriented attitude.
7. Experience analyzing large sets of financial data.
8. Attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

1. Interest in pursuing CFA, CPA, or equivalent finance designations.
2. Knowledge of Investor Services business.
