The role involves implementing changes in the regulatory environment affecting the Client Complaints Appeal Office. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, demonstrate leadership skills without formal authority, and be interested in learning about change management.

Job Description

The Client Complaints Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes made to the regulatory environment in which the Client Complaints Appeal Office operates, we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem solving mindset, that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.

What will you do?

  1. Support management with initiatives including client correspondence templates creation/revision, procedure reviews, and revision proposals.
  2. Assist management with regulatory changes and initiatives.
  3. Provide support with data and compliance verification.
  4. Support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to RBC goals.
  5. Embrace and execute change (processes, tools) while focusing on business priorities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bilingual in English and French; strong written and verbal skills in both languages.
  • Experience in roles involving client contact, conflict resolution, change management, project management, compliance, audit, or administration is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Information seeking, comprehensive/conceptual thinking, initiative, productivity, and action orientation.

Nice-to-have

  • Organizational awareness.
  • Interest in organizational development.
  • Experience or interest in alternative dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in process mapping.
