A leading culinary services provider in Ottawa is seeking a First Cook to prepare and cook food items according to airline menu specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume catering environment and be familiar with food safety standards. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence. Weekend and holiday availability is necessary.

A First Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking various food items according to recipes and airline menu specifications. He/she must follow consistently all the food safety and HACCP principles in line with Gate Gourmet Food Safety policies and procedures.
