Job summary

Ace Truck Driver Training Ltd. is expanding and seeking a full-time Driver Instructor.

The role involves teaching students how to safely operate a Class 1 or Class 3 vehicle and may be based out of Yorkton, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Meadow Lake or nearby communities. Required: Grade 10 or equivalent, at least 5 years of truck driving in the last decade, willingness to complete the SGI Instructor course, and the ability to follow instructions and adapt habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years truck driving experience in last 10 years.
• Must be willing and able to complete the SGI Instructor course.
• Must be able to follow instructions, be teachable and willing to change old driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Teach students how to safely operate Class 1 or Class 3 vehicles.
• Play a key role in training and developing the next generation of truck drivers.
