What we expect

• Performs basic preventative maintenance orders.
• Acts as the second line of defense for machine breakdowns and machine recoveries.
• Maintains and reports accurate data regarding preventive maintenance and machine breakdowns.
• Detects machine malfunctions through observation and troubleshooting.
• Performs basic machine optimization, including improving rate efficiency and reducing pre-process rejects.

Who we are looking for

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a machine attendant or similar role.
• General understanding of pneumatics, electronics, and mechanics.
• Familiarity with various power and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills.
