CMHA Niagara is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Safety and Facilities functions within the Human Resources workgroup. The role includes clerical duties, data entry, and document preparation in a not-for-profit community setting.
Ideal candidates will have a university degree or college diploma in Business Administration and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Reporting to the Safety and Facilities Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, reception, and clerical support services to the Human Resources workgroup, with a focus on safety and facilities responsibilities.
