Our Student Placement program welcomes students from a variety of different university and college programs to gain valuable experience and skills with us.
Purpose and Summary:
Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager, the IT Helpdesk Technician Student works with the System Coordinators and the Senior System Coordinators to resolve tickets within Dilico’s IT trouble ticket system.
