Job Description

The client is looking for the Salesforce technical reference of its delivery teams, positioned between enterprise and business architects, Data Tech Leads and developers. This person designs the FSC architecture (360°client view, financial relationships, onboarding, personalized service) and connects it to data foundations, legacy systems and external platforms. They set development standards, oversee DevOps and review critical code, which calls for hands-on platform practice and not only a design role. The strategic component is real: CRM roadmaps, Salesforce governance and interactions with directors, VPs and senior VPs. Required seniority is 8 years or more.

Candidate sought: a Salesforce Tech Lead who has already owned the technical architecture and integrations of a large-scale Salesforce implementation in an institutional context, with FSC on the resume in a real project. This person can both review Apex or LWC code and defend an architecture recommendation in front of leadership.
