Job summary

Maarut is seeking a senior IT Systems Analyst to provide technical leadership in the design, development and maintenance of a range of client IT solutions. You will guide architecture decisions, lead SDLC activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, DMF and Power Platform, align business needs with technical specs, and collaborate with clients to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

Job description

• Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership andcoordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenanceof a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.

• Ability to evaluate recommendations and ensures allrecommended solutions for improvement are congruent with the project goals andobjectives Identifies short and long-term project goals/objectives, and as asenior technical expert, defines and identifies program and service deliveryrequirements in support of the development and/or acquisition of clientapplications Leads the analysis, development and documentation of design andarchitecture of systems solutions.

• Experience leading development/support teams supportingmulti-dimensional and relational databases and their applications for effectiveplanning, budgeting, strategizing and forecasting procedures
  
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing complexapplications utilizing relational and multi-dimensional databases Ability toprovide implementation and post implementation support as required
  
• Oversees the research and evaluation of the technicalcomponents in the acquisition of software, hardware, technology, systems andproducts
  
• Recommends and directs the measurement and improvement oftools, techniques, standards and performance criteria to control the quality ofapplication development initiatives
  
• Provides coaching and direction to junior analyststhroughout the project, related to the development and/or acquisition of adiverse range of client applications through all stages of the SystemsDevelopment Life Cycle.
  
• Knowledge and experience in rapid application development(RAD) methodologies
  
• Knowledge and experience with middleware and gateways
  
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Managementprinciples, concepts, policies and practices
  
• Experience with development/maintenance of documentation asper Methodology
  
• Good working knowledge of Dimensions and Facts
  
• Knowledge of multidimensional structures (cubes)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and related businessprocesses, including Product Information Management, Master Planning,Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise application environmentsand system integration concepts.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailedsystem-level designs and configurations
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with highattention to detail
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written andverbal)
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution workshops, facilitatetechnical discussions, and align business and technical stakeholders onsolution approaches
  
• Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid deliveryenvironments
  
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart (or similar)
  
• Ability to support production environments, troubleshootissues, and resolve incidents independently

Must Haves:

• 5 - 8 years of experience as a systems analyst, functional consultant, or a similar system-focused role withinIT
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO/C365CM, including system configuration and support.
  
• Experience working with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integrations within D365 environments
  
• Experience using Power Platform tools, including Power apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse
  
• working closely with developers and bringing out of the box ideas
  

Preferred

• Experience supporting or participating in D365 F&O implementations
  
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operating models
  
• Experience working with eCommerce or related integrated platforms
