Maarut is seeking a Senior Platform Support Analyst with data cloud expertise to manage L3 production support, incident handling, and complex data integration issues. You will troubleshoot APIs, SQL queries, and platform components within a banking/enterprise environment, coordinating with stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

The role requires hands-on production support experience, familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud elements, and optional Apex development background.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Loyalty Management, including platform components and integrations.
• 4+ years in application/production support in enterprise environments.
• Experience in L3 production support, incident management, RCA, and problem resolution within SLAs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL incident/change processes.
• Hands-on production support with potential on-call rotations.

Senior Platform Support Analyst with data cloud

• Stronghands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Salesforce LoyaltyManagement, with solid technical knowledge of platform architecture andfunctionality.
  
• 4+years of relevant experience in application/production support, preferablyin enterprise or banking environments.
  
• Experiencein L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, root causeanalysis (RCA), and problem resolution within defined SLAs.
  
• Goodunderstanding of Salesforce Data Cloud components, including DMO, DLO,Data Spaces, data ingestion, and integration flows.
  
• Knowledgeof Salesforce Loyalty Management, including loyalty programs, pointsprocessing, earning/redemption rules, and related integrations.
  
• Experiencetroubleshooting APIs, data integrations, SQL queries, andupstream/downstream application issues.
  
• Familiaritywith ServiceNow, monitoring tools (Splunk/Dynatrace), and ITIL-basedincident and change management processes.
  
• Strongtechnical background, preferably with prior Salesforce developmentexperience, combined with hands-on production support capabilities.
  
• Abilityto independently manage critical incidents, coordinate with stakeholders,and drive issue resolution with minimal supervision.
  
• Willingnessto provide hands-on production support, including rotational on-callsupport when required.
