A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a Legal Translator to support the translation of critical regulatory documents. The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Translation, with at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, proficiency in French and English, and strong attention to detail. This role involves managing multiple translation requests, ensuring accuracy and quality of documents to meet communication standards.
The Legal Translator is responsible for translating, editing and proofreading the translation of a variety of documents including, but not limited to, mutual fund regulatory documentation, including financial and legal documentation. The translator is also responsible for prioritizing requests and keeping abreast of new terminology and regulatory requirements to ensure that the quality of the French translation and Fidelity’s communication standards are met.
