Position: 10-Ton Truck Driver (Graveyard Shift)

Location: Parksville Distribution Center, BC

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, maintain, and organize inventory
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status
  • Load and unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Sort freight at the crossdocking facility
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless customer service
  • Drive company vehicle to deliver automotive parts and accessories safely and on time
  • Maintain daily vehicle logs

What You Need:

  • Valid Class 5 license (Class 3 is an asset)
  • Experience driving 5-ton and 10-ton trucks
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience (asset)
  • Clean drivers abstract (preferred)
  • Dangerous goods experience (asset)
  • Electronic log usage experience (asset)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team integration ability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to safety procedures
  • Effective communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Starting wage is $23.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience.
