Job description

Grade 2/3 Early French Immersion 1.0 FTE Term assignment at Pacific Heights Elementary School ending June 30, 2025, or return of incumbent (teacher who owns the position) not to exceed June 30, 2025. This position will earn the successful candidate a continuing contract with the district.

About Pacific Heights Elementary School: Pacific Heights Elementary School is located in the South Surrey/White Rock area with approximately 464 students. This school has early K-2 French Immersion with a division being added yearly until 2028/29 when it will be K-7. Pacific Heights has a Social Development program and a focus on Learning and Early Literacy.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Education
  2. Valid BC Teaching Certificate

Salary range is $59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE, and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
