As a Store Manager, you will bring your leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented environment. Your role as a Store Manager includes:

  • Managing the customer experience by inspiring your team and ensuring every customer has a great experience with personalized hair and beauty solutions.
  • Overseeing store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
  • Protecting customers, staff, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance to ensure it looks its best.

Qualifications for the role:

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate staff and customers.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty!

Legal and physical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
