Your Role As An Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. We are looking for passionate beauty leaders who are looking to support and help run one of our stores.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing personalized hair and beauty solutions.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
• Maintain an attractive store appearance.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager

• Minimum 3 years of customer service / retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Requirements : Legal :

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
