Assistant Store Manager – Canada

Support the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a custom‑fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all operations, maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies.
• Maintain a consistent, attractive presentation of the store at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Must lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or machinery.
