Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. We are seeking passionate beauty leaders who can help run one of our stores.

Responsibilities
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience with a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
  • Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and supervise inventory.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring safety, security, and company policy compliance.
  • Maintain an attractive store appearance and standards.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of customer service / retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, including on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
Working Conditions

The position involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may include exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, and irritant chemicals.
