Your Role As An Assistant Store Manager
  • Support the Store Manager in all areas and be responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  • Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety and security policies.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Physical and Working Conditions

The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
