Your Role As a Store Manager
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
  • Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
  • Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by adhering to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain a well-presented store environment.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operations, finance, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes on a ladder.
  • Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.
  • Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
