Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Support the Store Manager in all operations and take responsibility in their absence.
  • Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized solutions.
  • Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and presentation.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty products.
Physical and Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
  • Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
  • Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
  • Work around moving parts, carts, or machines, with potential exposure to irritant chemicals.
