A leading tech company is looking for a Xamarin-MAUI Mobile Developer for a remote position available in Brazil, Mexico, or LATAM. This role involves leading and mentoring a team while developing software components using C# and .Net. The ideal candidate has proven experience in coding, debugging, and communicating technical concepts effectively. Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is preferred. The position is for an initial duration of 6+ months, starting ASAP.

Proven experience as a Xamarin / Maui software developer, with a focus on leading and mentoring a team. Expertise in software design, development, and debugging with knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks. Proficiency in C#, .Net and related technologies. Strong experience in developing software components, interfaces, and hardware integration. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of best practices in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Requirements

• Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
