The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Workday experience, strong knowledge of HCM configuration, and hands-on experience with integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday issues, gathering business requirements, and managing integrations. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Workday functional / techno-functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes.
• Hands-on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues.
• Gather and document business requirements and functional designs.
• Perform data analysis and regression testing.
• Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security).
• Manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits and Workday Studio integrations.

• Maintain knowledge base and response catalog.
• Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end‑to‑end support.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes
• Hands‑on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrations
