What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop integrations between Workday, SaaS applications, and other systems using various integration tools
  • Implement API integrations supporting connectivity to SOAP, REST, and GraphQL endpoints
  • Create and maintain data transformations and mappings within Boomi
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently and maintain technical documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in integration implementation and maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal oversight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
  • Familiarity with Boomi DataHub, Salesforce DataCloud, or other similar MDM tools
  • Workday Integrations Certification or Boomi Integration Certification
