• Advanced proficiency in English.

Product Designer – Design Systems at BairesDev

As a Product Designer specializing in Design Systems, you will lead the creation and evolution of our centralized design system. You will act as the unifying force between design and front‑end engineering, establishing the patterns, libraries, and tokens that enable product teams to build scalable and visually unified user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and scale comprehensive design systems that serve as a single source of truth across product lines.
• Create and maintain robust component libraries, documentation, and design tokens to streamline production workflows.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into reusable code.
• Govern the system by reviewing contributions and guiding product designers on best practices and implementation.
• Establish standards for accessibility, responsive layouts, and modern user interface patterns.
