BairesDev is hiring a Data Quality Engineer to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across AI and search systems. The role combines automated validation with manual QA to prevent flawed information from impacting business decisions and AI outputs.

You will design automated quality checks, monitor data pipelines in Azure AI Search/OpenAI environments, and collaborate with data engineers to fix root causes. This is a fully remote role with competitive USD compensation.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in ensuring data accuracy and integrity through robust validation and testing.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and verification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor data pipelines for inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing information in Azure AI Search and OpenAI environments.
• Develop and maintain test suites to verify data accuracy, completeness, and formatting across the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data engineers and AI specialists to identify root causes of data issues and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies to ensure referential integrity.
• Create detailed documentation for audit processes and quality improvements to track recurring data gaps.

Data Quality Engineer at BairesDev

As a Data Quality Engineer, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across our AI and search systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining high data standards, combining automated validation with manual QA processes to prevent flawed information from impacting business decisions and AI outputs.

What You'll Do:

What we are looking for:
