Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support via phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email)

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly

  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality metrics

  • Follow Amazon policies and procedures to uphold the companys standards and integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in English (for internal communication and training)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
