Wordpress Plugin & Full Stack Developer TD Media LLC (dba Life Water Media) • Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil

Description of the role: Please only apply if you are familiar with Wordpress Plugin Development, with strong PHP skills in addition to being a full stack (front and back) developer. Ideally you should also be comfortable with mobile apps and figuring out and doing different things in tech and thrive in a fast-paced fluid environment. Do you love technology puzzles and figuring out how to make a variety of things to work? Are you great at catching mistakes through user testing for quality assurance? Are you a dedicated, resourceful team player with strong problem solving skills? Do you have experience working with numerous different technology platforms in digital form, ranging from CRMs (like Constant Contact, Aweber, Beehiiv), Hosting (AWS, WHM), DNS (Cloudflare), Automations (like zapier, make.com), project management (like jira.com)?

About Us

Life Water Media specializes in digital branding and awareness campaigns for publicly traded companies in the United States stock market and other large scale projects. We started in 2019. We internally own 10 newsletter brands, a mobile app, and other digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Focus on building out custom wordpress plugins for internal agency needs
• Focus on connecting marketing data for purposes of analysis, can range from open rates in crm, to costs on paid media platforms, to click through data on sms provider.
• Setting up CRM lists, automations, and funnels from start to finish with script, reporting and directly on the platforms.
• Willing to have a flexible set of responsibilities to service whatever is required in daily operations, including posting daily new article first thing in the mornings.
• Work hand-in-hand with CTO and CMO on various directives. If you see a way to do it better, we'd love to hear it.
• Handle multiple projects from start to finish, adhering to set deadlines set by CTO or CMO.
• Doing or setting up manual / automated reporting related to adspend, subscriber counts, open rates, cost per lead, etc
• Copying, testing, and fixing Elementor landing pages and ensuring they are properly connected to CRM, SMS, webhooks, etc.
• Copying, testing, fixing PHP scripts ensuring they are properly connected to CRM, SMS provider, webhooks, postbacks, etc.
• On CRM set up lists / segments, automations for the welcome emails, templates, list cleaning,
• Doing specific weekly and monthly audits of our 10 newsletter landing page and script funnels.
• Testing and helping manage our mobile app.
• Test Planning and Execution: Design and implement test plans, scenarios, and procedures to test software functionality.
• Defect Management : Identify, document, and track software defects (that you can't fix), then work with developers to ensure they are corrected before release
• Collaboration : Communicate and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Automation : Code and implement automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks.
• Quality Standards : Create and enforce guidelines for software quality standards within the company.

• Proficient in Wordpress, Elementor, PHP, HTML / CSS
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, problem solving skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self Starter who can be self-taught and work without much direction
• Works well in collaboration with a team and independently.
• Must have the ability to multitask, in a VERY fast paced work environment.
• This position requires a personality that can accept constructive criticism, change directions rapidly and accept new assignments frequently with pressing deadlines.
