Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect Webflow builds.
• Develop and maintain a scalable components and global styles library within Webflow to ensure brand and design consistency.
• Keep the Webflow project organized and structured for efficient collaboration and easy future maintenance.
• Build and hand off landing pages and funnels for testing that drive measurable results.
• Help implement best practices for CRO — including hierarchy, layout testing, and content variations.
• Ensure consistent visual and functional quality across all pages, devices, and browsers.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life with precision, creativity, and conversion in mind.

Requirements

• Proven experience building high‑quality websites using Webflow.
• Strong understanding of landing page design principles and ecommerce UX.
• Deep knowledge of Webflow's CMS, component library, and class naming best practices.
• Basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be able to communicate with our developers or to embed code into the pages.
