Wisevu is seeking an experienced WordPress Project Manager to lead multiple website development projects for our digital marketing clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high quality and SEO standards.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of WordPress project management experience in an agency setting, strong English skills, and the ability to manage several clients

Qualificações

• Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing WordPress website development projects in a digital marketing or web development agency.
• Strong understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle (discovery, design, development, QA, launch, post-launch support).
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, designers, SEO, content).
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar.

• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates, managing expectations, and proactively resolving issues.
• Review deliverables before client presentations for quality, SEO, accessibility, and alignment with requirements.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple website development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including WordPress developers, designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, and QA, to ensure smooth project execution
• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively
• Review deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality, functionality, SEO best practices, accessibility, and alignment with project requirements
• Identify project risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements

Must-haves

• Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience managing WordPress website development projects within a digital marketing agency or web development agency
• Strong understanding of the WordPress website development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including basic site configuration and content management
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Familiarity with website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and accessibility best practices
• Experience working with website builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg
• Project Management certification
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Work-timings

• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)
