We’re looking for a Warranty Lead (Líder de Garantias), based in Jaguariúna (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina), or Panama City (Panama), to implement and manage warranty procedures across our fleet in Latin America (LAM).

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a warranty process for LAM.
  • Fill in OEMs portals.
  • Keep up-to-date records of interventions (maintenance/repairs) for the “in warranty” fleet.
  • Discuss warranty conditions with OEMs.
  • Follow up on activities being performed under warranty claims.
  • Report warranty activities monthly.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Technical education (mandatory). A degree in engineering is desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge, preferably in diesel and/or gas engines.
  • Extensive experience with warranty equipment and warranty claim processes/documentation and aftersales support (OEM).
  • Good level of English for both spoken and written communication. Advanced/native Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports.
  • Flexible hybrid work model: Three days working onsite and two days remotely each week.
