Gleefull Supplements is seeking a Senior DTC Video Editor to lead a small team in crafting high-impact Meta video ads for our wellness brand. You will oversee editing workflows, review outputs, and collaborate with the creative and performance teams to drive direct-response results.

The role requires a portfolio of Meta ads you personally edited, experience guiding editors, and a strong sense of direct-response craft.

We are a leading brand in health supplements for women over 40. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for women going through menopause by solving real, everyday challenges-weight gain, hot flashes, insomnia, mood shifts, and more.

We're looking for a Senior DTC Video Editor to join our team full-time and help us create high-performing Meta video ads for our e-commerce brand.

What you'll do:

• Lead, train, and support a team of video editors
• Review editors' work and provide feedback
• Help improve our editing processes and creative output
• Have a calls with your team + video editing team

Requirements:

• Strong experience editing DTC / Meta ads
• Previous experience leading or training video editors
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative
• Excellent attention to detail and creative judgment
• Experience with wellness or supplement brands is a big plus

IMPORTANT:

• You must provide a portfolio showing Meta ads you personally edited.
• Location: South America, Europe

• Number of editors you've led/trained
• DTC/e-commerce brands you've worked with
• Your Meta ad editing experience Applications without relevant Meta ad examples will not be considered.
