A Revolut está recrutando para atuar como Risk Manager no Brasil. Você apoiará o portfólio de crédito de varejo, tomando decisões com base em dados sobre requisitos de retorno ajustado ao risco e liderará ações preventivas e corretivas que impactam o desempenho e a rentabilidade do portfólio.

Buscamos alguém com forte formação em risco de crédito, experiência em modelos de crédito e habilidade de trabalhar com equipes multifuncionais, reguladores e partes interessadas regionais.

Qualificações

• Experiência em risco de crédito ao varejo em instituição financeira.
• Conhecimento de produtos de crédito (cartões, empréstimos, BNPL e hipotecas).
• Formação em áreas de STEM, estatística ou economia.
• Fluência em inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisionar a exposição ao risco de crédito varejo.
• Colaborar com a equipe de modelagem de risco para desenvolver modelos de crédito.
• Gerir o apetite ao risco por meio de calibração de limites e monitoramento.
• Manter políticas, procedimentos e controles de risco atualizados.

About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a Risk Manager who'll support growing our retail credit portfolio. You'll make data-driven decisions on risk-adjusted return requirements and lead preventive and reactive actions that impact portfolio credit performance and profitability.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing exposure to retail credit risk
• Working with the Risk Modelling team to design, develop, and implement retail credit risk models
• Managing risk appetite through limit calibration and monitoring
• Maintaining key policies, procedures, and controls
• Engaging with first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging retail credit risks, including new product risk assessments
• Engaging with key stakeholders, committees, and regional regulators on material retail credit risk exposures and limit governance
• Quantifying risk exposures within the organisation, taking into consideration stakeholder impact
• Protecting the company from excessive risk-taking, saving on both short and long-term costs
• Building trust and reputation with our external stakeholders and ensuring risks are managed within the risk appetite
• Identifying emerging risks that require immediate attention or could threaten long-term viability

What you'll need

• Experience in consumer credit risk within a financial institution, bank, asset management, payment institution, and/or related services firm
• Knowledge of key lending products, like credit cards, personal loans, buy now-pay later, and/or mortgages
• A quantitative background in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), statistics, economics, or related fields
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in the second line of defence (risk)
• Impressive programming skills using Python, R, and/or SQL
