Pump Dynamics seeks an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works to lead consultancy and site supervision for port and marine infrastructure projects. You will manage execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with relocation to Africa.

The ideal candidate has at least 15 years in port/marine or infrastructure projects, strong stakeholder coordination, and PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven consultancy and construction/site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of port infrastructure, dredging, quay walls, terminals and marine works.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine Works who is willing to relocate to Africa to lead and oversee consultancy and site supervision activities for port and marine infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will manage project execution from planning through construction supervision, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise in port infrastructure, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and on-site supervision experience.
